Individual Player Registration

For individual registration, please complete an individual registration form and enclose payment in full by June 15.



The individual camp fee is only $195 per player.


This is a great time for individual players to be seen by and work with college coaches from every level – NCAA Division I to NAIA.


Take advantage of the excellent professional staff by allowing college coaches to work with you all week.


Gain valuable experience through a daily instructional rotation between stations manned by an exceptional staff of college coaches and professionals. 


Nationwide Children’s Sports Medicine High School Team Camp is held during the last weeks of July each year to allow you to move directly from the camp setting into preseason tournaments, conditioning programs and practices with your high school team.
